How tattoo removal works
Laser energy targets ink particles to break them into smaller fragments. Your body gradually clears them over time, which is why results are progressive, not instant.
What affects number of sessions
Ink colour(s), tattoo age, depth, density, placement, professional vs amateur ink, and your skin’s response all matter. Some colours are more resistant and may need more sessions.
Important: “looks unchanged” is common
In the first 1–2 weeks, it can look similar. Lightening often becomes clearer over weeks as the body clears ink fragments. Correct spacing matters more than rushing.
