What buccal massage does
Buccal massage works through the cheeks (including inside the mouth with gloves) to release tight facial muscles, improve circulation and lymphatic drainage, and support a more lifted appearance.

This is a hands-on technique. Hygiene, comfort, and contraindications matter.
Before your session Tap
- Avoid if you have active cold sores, mouth infections, or open wounds
- Tell us about recent fillers, threads, surgery, or dental work
- Arrive hydrated and avoid heavy makeup
Aftercare Tap
- Drink water and avoid very salty food if you’re prone to puffiness
- Mild tenderness can happen; it should settle quickly
- If you bruise easily, avoid heavy pressure and tell your therapist
Risks (transparent) Tap
Temporary tenderness, mild swelling, or small bruises can occur. We avoid treatment if there are infections, open lesions, or contraindications that make intra-oral work unsafe.
